Register For VBS!!

By enrolling my child in Vacation Bible School (VBS), I acknowledge and agree to the following: I authorize VBS staff to administer basic first aid and seek emergency medical care if needed, and I accept full financial responsibility for any resulting medical costs. I release Apostolic Worship Center, its staff, and volunteers from liability for any injury, illness, or property loss during VBS activities. I understand that photos or videos of my child may be used for promotional purposes unless I request otherwise in writing. I agree to follow the pick-up policy and understand that my child may be dismissed from the program for disruptive behavior.
